Delivery Questions

When will my order arrive? Your order is most likely going to arrive within 2-4 weeks depending on your shipping address location. 

Do you charge for delivery? This depends on the product type and if the product is on sale at the current time. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before purchase.

Where is my order? 1 to 5 days after your mat has been printed, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. If you don't know your tracking number, please visit our Contact Us page and request an order update. We will then ask for your order number via email and we will go from here!

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payments depending on your chosen delivery country, these include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Google Pay.

Product Questions

Can Yeet Mouse Mats be washed? Yes. Hand wash and do not use bleach. Do not place them in a washing machine. 

Do the mats come rolled? Yes. They will arrive with you rolled to avoid creases.
